Ordovician Sea Film

,

A 3-minute film to explain the creation of Stonewall’s limestone deposits in the Ordovician Sea. The source imagery for the seabed scene was a single photo of a large three dimensional diorama, displayed proudly at the Stonewall Quarry Park Heritage Arts Centre. Eric and myself had the pleasure of painstakingly cutting the image into countless layers, so that all of the critters and foliage could be animated independantly.
